Add External Links to Your Portal Home Page

You must be a System Admin to configure this setting.

With the portal setting External links displayed per company on the homepage, you can enter links specific to a company number, which display in the External Links section at the bottom of the portal home page:

  1. Go to Admin > Portal Settings > Administration / Initial Setup > General Configuration.
  2. For the setting External links displayed per company on the homepage, select Edit.
  3. Enter the Company number for the company you want to link to show for.
  4. Enter the URL in the External Link field.
  5. If you want the link to show as text instead of the URL, enter your text in the Link Text field.
  6. To add more than one link, select Add Row.
  7. Select Save to commit your changes.
Go to the home page of the portal to see the links in the External Links section.
