Configure the Fiddletree E-Verify Integration

To enable the Fiddletree E-Verify integration, a System Admin must complete the initial setup.

This includes entering the Fiddletree API key and URL in the Onboarding / ATS portal settings. Work with your Fiddletree representative to get the information needed for setup. Once set up, you can use Fiddletree to verify the employment eligibility of new hires.
  1. Go to Admin > Portal Settings > Onboarding / ATS > Fiddletree E-Verify Integration.
  2. For the Fiddletree E-Verify API Key portal setting, select Change and enter the API key you received from Fiddletree.
  3. For the Fiddletree E-Verify API URL portal setting, enter the Fiddletree URL:

    https://everify.fiddletreesystems.com

  4. To enable access to the E-Verify process, in the General Configuration section, enter an employee group in the setting User Group for Onboarding E-Verify Permissions.

    Users in this group will have access to the E-Verify options on the Onboarding Employee Details page.

    These users will also need to be assigned to one of the following:
    • Employee group with Onboarding Admin permissions (assigned in User Group for Onboarding / ATS Admin Permissions)
    • Hiring Location group with View or Initialize permissions (see Create and Manage Hiring Locations)
