You can view an audit trail of who has done what on an individual work item (submittal, RFI, or issue) by selecting History from the work item's Activity area. You can also see who has viewed the work item.

1. From the home page, select the work item (submittal, RFI, issue) assigned to you.
   The details page for that work item appears.
2. In the Activity area, click History.
   The review (Ball-In-Court) history appears.
3. (Optional) Select See Full History to see all activity for the work item, including who has viewed it and who has modified it.
   • Select Newest First to see the most recent items first.
   • Select Oldest First to see the oldest activity first.
