This field displays the percent that retainage is calculated at for this contract and billing.

If retainage has been calculated for contract items, the field defaults a rate based on the total item retainage amount and the number of items. Otherwise, the default is 0.00. This field may be overridden. Be aware that by entering a value in this field, you will override any rates specified at the contract item level.

WC Retainage: This Billing

This field displays the total amount of retainage for this contract and billing.

If retainage has been entered for contract items, the field defaults the total amount of retainage withheld for all items. If no retainage has been entered for contract items, defaults to 0.00; may be overridden. Be aware that by entering a value here, you will override any values entered at the contract item level.
