PR Routines Form
Routines identify the method the system uses to calculate a deduction, liability, or earnings amount when a simple method (such as a rate of gross or rate per hour) is not sufficient.
For example, you will use routines for federal withholding and most state withholding tax deductions that are based on tables and percentage calculations. Vista comes with a standard list of routines which you can initialize using this form.
