Use this form to purge material orders that have been closed through a given month.

You can only purge material orders that have been closed using the IN Material Order Close form, where the 'purge through month' is closed in Subledgers.

Once you specify the month through which to purge material orders, the Available Material Orders section list shows all eligible material orders. You can use the button to individually add material orders to the Material Orders to Purge section or add all material orders in the list using the button. When you select the Purge button, the purge process removes the material order and items from the Material Order Header (INMO) and Material Order Item (INMI) database tables, but leaves the associated Job Cost and Inventory detail intact.
