EM Fuel & Travel Report By State – A/NZ

You can use the EM Fuel & Travel Report By State – A/NZ report for fuel tax reporting to see the number of kilometres and litres on road and off road, separated into two groups of columns for diesel and gasoline by selecting Equipment Management > Reports > EM Fuel & Travel Report By State – A/NZ.

Used for fuel tax reporting, this report shows the number of kilometres and litres on road and off road, separated into two groups of columns for diesel and gasoline. The report uses information from the EM Miles by State Detail table, which is entered and posted from the EM Miles By State program, and EM Cost Detail for fuel purchased. Off Road and On Road Litres are calculated by dividing Off Road or On Road Kilometres by the total kilometres per litre (km/L). km/L is the total distance traveled (Off Road and On Road, unloaded + loaded) divided by the total fuel purchased. The km/L calculation follows standard methodology from fuel tax reporting requirements for IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) and other states.
