EM Fuel & Mileage Report By State

You can use the EM Fuel & Mileage Report By State report to see the number of miles and gallons ON Highway, and OFF Highway separated into two groups of columns for diesel and gasoline by selecting Equipment Management > Reports > EM Fuel & Mileage Report By State.

Used for fuel tax reporting, this report shows the number of miles and gallons ON Highway, and OFF Highway separated into two groups of columns for diesel and gasoline.

The report uses information from the EM Miles by State Detail table, which is entered and posted from the EM Miles By State program, and EM Cost Detail for fuel purchased. Off Road and On Road Gallons are calculated by dividing Off Road or On Road miles by the total miles per gallon (MPG). MPG is the total distance traveled (Off Road and On Road, unloaded + loaded) divided by the total fuel purchased. The MPG calculation follows standard methodology from fuel tax reporting requirements for IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) and other states.

Beginning Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Beginning Month

Ending Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Ending Month

Beginning Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.
Ending Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.
Beginning State Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning cost type, leave blank to include all.
Ending State Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending cost type, leave blank to include all.
