The Work Order Report is used to print work orders that mechanics use as worksheets for filling out labor time, job status and parts used. The work orders show what work needs to be done, the amount of time quoted for each item, the parts needed, any notes entered about the work may also be printed.

The status codes option allows you to print work order items with a specific status for example all work order items with a status of ‘waiting for parts' or work order items within the selected range of status codes.

The parts may be printed along with the work order item they correspond with or as a parts list for the work order as a whole at the bottom of the work order.
