EM Work Order History By Repair Type

You can use the EM Work Order History By Repair Type report for a list of equipment and its work orders sorted by repair type by selecting Equipment Management > Reports > EM Work Order History By Repair Type.

This report provids a list of equipment and its work orders sorted by repair type. Shows total cost by work order and by repair type. Tables used; EMWI, EMEM, EMCD, EMRX. Parameters are choices of equipment, categories, work order status, and repair types.

Report Parameters

 Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning EM Category

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning EM category or leave blank to select all.

Ending EM Category

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending EM category or leave blank to select all.

Beginning Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.
Ending Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.
Beginning Cost Code

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning cost code or leave blank to select all equipment.
Ending Cost Code

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending cost code or leave blank to select all.

Include Items with “Final” Status?

checkbox to include items that have a “Final” status assigned.
