This report lists crew productivity based on posted actual cost detail for units, hours, and costs where a valid PR Crew has been specified, and compares it to estimated productivity. Report inputs are Company, then specific or a range of any combination of Job, Crew, and/or Actual Date. The report compares Estimated to Actual Units per Hour and Unit Cost, and the variance between them. Estimated Productivity includes units, hours and cost from JC Original Estimates, and will also include any units, hours and cost from JC Change Order. where the change order's approval date is less than or equal to the Ending Actual Date you specify in the report launcher. Productivity is summed by Crew, Job, and Phase.
