JC Departments

You can use the JC Departments report by selecting Job Cost > Reports > JC Departments.

There are four different tables containing Job Cost Department information, JCDM (Department Revenue Accounts), JCDL (Department Liability Accounts), JCDC (Department Accounts By Cost Type), and JCDE (Department Earnings Type Accounts). This report combines these four tables and is actually a combination of four subreports printing together as one. Each of the subreports grow to match the number of records in the tables they print from, for each Department.

Report Parameters

 Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Department

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning department.

Ending Department

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending department.

Print Notes?

checkbox to print notes.
