JC Field Ticket Status
Use the JC Field Tickets Status report to review the status and cost information for Job Cost field tickets. You can access this report by selecting .
This report displays Field Tickets in numerical order and shows the ticket status, when it was created, the customer PO number and owner job number (if applicable), who the billing and/or ticket was approved by, and period and life-to-date costs. You can drill down on the Period and LTD Cost fields to see additional cost detail for the specified Actual Cost Date range and for the life of the Field Ticket, respectively. If attachments exist, you can access them by clicking the Attachments link (which only displays when attachments exist for the Field Ticket).

| JC Company | Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company. |
| Contracts | Enter a contract or press F4 to select a contract. If entering multiple contracts, separate each contract by a comma. For example: 1000,2000,3000. |
| Status | Enter a status or press F4 to select a status. If entering multiple statuses, separate each status by a comma For example: O,A,B (Open, Approved, Billed) |
| Date Created From | Enter or select the beginning created date (MM/DD/YY) or leave blank to include all dates. |
| Date Created To | Enter or select the ending created date (MM/DD/YY) or leave blank to include all dates. |
| Actual Costs Date From | Enter or select the beginning actual costs date (MM/DD/YY) or leave blank to include all dates. |
| Actual Costs Date To | Enter or select the ending actual costs date (MM/DD/YY) or leave blank to include all dates. |
| Show Cover Page | Select checkbox to show the report cover page (which shows the report description and selected parameters). |
