JC Revenue Cost Drilldown

You can use the JC Revenue Cost Drilldown report to see contract, billed, estimated, and actual cost amounts with the ability of drilling down by Contract, Contract Item, Phase, Cost Type, and Job Cost Transaction by selecting Job Cost > Reports > JC Revenue Cost Drilldown.

This report shows contract, billed, estimated, and actual cost amounts with the ability of drilling down by Contract, Contract Item, Phase, Cost Type, and Job Cost Transaction. It also allows viewing attachments for AP invoices, purchases orders, subcontracts, and material sales tickets at the transaction drilldown level.

Report Parameters

 Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Contract

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning contract.

Ending Contract

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending contract.

Through Month

Enter through month (MM/YY).
