MS Deleted Ticket Tracking

You can use the MS Deleted Ticket Tracking report to print out deleted tickets from the MSTX table by selecting Material Sales > Reports > MS Deleted Ticket Tracking.

This is a report that prints out deleted tickets from the MSTX table. Deleted ticket information is only updated when the -Saving Deleted Tickets- option is checked in the MS Company Parameters and tickets marked for Delete are posted from the MS Ticket Entry program. Deleted ticket information will be restricted by month or ticket date depending on the Posted (M)ont. or Ticket (D)ate parameter.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Posted (M)onth or Ticket (D)ate

Enter M or D.

Beginning Month

Enter beginning month or leave blank for all.

Ending Month

Enter ending month or leave blank for all.

Beginning Date

Enter beginning date or leave blank for all.

Ending Date

Enter ending date or leave blank for all.

Beginning Deleted Ticket

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning deleted ticket or leave blank for all.

Ending Deleted Ticket

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending deleted ticket or leave blank for all.

Beginning From Location

Beginning From Location to select the beginning from location or leave blank for all.

Ending From Location

Beginning From Location to select the ending from location or leave blank for all.

Print Reason Code?
