PM Contract Change Order Form
You can use the PM Contract Change Order Form report by selecting
.The PM Contract Change Order Form prints the amendment document for changes to the contract, which is then sent to the Owner. The information comes from the change order information entered in PM Contract Change Orders. The Previous authorized amount follows the order in which the contract change orders are entered into the system. For example, the Previous Authorized amount for Change Order 3 will include contract changes for 1, 2, and 4 if these records were entered previously. The contract address and architect pull from the first job assigned to the contract (important to note if multiple jobs exist per contract).
