PM Job Cost and Pending Change Orders
You can use the PM Job Cost and Pending Change Orders report by selecting .
The PM Job Cost and Pending Change Orders report shows the variance between Projected Cost and Total Planned Estimate at the phase and cost type level for each project. The Total Planned Estimate column consists of the original, approved change order, and pending change order costs. The Expected Variance will only calculate if the projected cost is either manually overridden (plugged) or calculated to a non-zero figure. Furthermore, the report will only include costs from pending change orders with assigned status codes intended to be included in projections, thereby excluding those with statuses of rejected, etc. (See the Include in JC Projections field in PM Status Codes).
