PM Original Contract/Cost Estimates

You can use the PM Original Contract/Cost Estimates report to print both original estimated costs (including hours and units) and contract amounts by Contract and Contract Item by selecting Project Management > Reports > PM Original Contract/Cost Estimates.

This report prints both original estimated costs (including hours and units) and contract amounts by Contract and Contract Item. The report also lists the estimated units, hours and costs for each phase and cost type.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Contract

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning contract.

Ending Contract

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending contract.

Beginning Contract Item

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning contract item.

Ending Contract Item

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending contract item.
