SM Agreement List

You can use the SM Agreement List report by selecting Service Management > Reports > SM Agreement List.

The SM Agreement List report allows a user to see what Agreements have been entered into the Viewpoint system, the status of those Agreements, what are the Revisions under each agreement, and the status of those Revisions. In the context of this report there are 2 Agreement statuses (Active and Inactive) and 8 Revision statuses (Original Quote, Amendment Quote, Renewal Quote, Active, Active at a Future Date, Expired, Terminated, or Cancelled). This report allows the user to filter on any combination of these 10 different status flags, along with filtering on a single Agreement, a single Customer, or a single Agreement Type.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Customer (blank for all)

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the Customer or leave blank for All

Agreement (blank for all)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the agreement or leave blank for all.

Agreement Type (blank for all)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the agreement type or leave blank for all.

Sort By (C)ustomer Number or (N)ame

Enter C or N.

Sort Agreement Revisions by (R)evision Number or (S)tatus

Enter R or S.

Quote Statuses

Show Original Quotes

Show Renewal Quotes

Show Amendment Quotes
