SM Work Order List

You can use the SM Work Order List report to display SM Work Orders together with their Purchase Orders and Billings by selecting Service Management > Reports > SM Work Order List.

The SM Work Order List Report shows SM Work Orders together with their Purchase Orders and Billings. Check the flag for the Scope details in order to have these also displayed on the report. The 3 optional Group fields allow the user to group the report by "Customer", "Division", "Service Center", "Service Site", "Technician", "Work Order Status", the order respectively.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Customer

Press F4 to select the Customer

Beginning Work Order

Enter or select the applicable beginning work order.

Ending Work Order

Enter or select the applicable ending work order.

Service Site

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the service site.

Service Center

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the service center.

Division

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the division.

Work Order Status

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the work order status.

Lead Technician

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the lead technician.

Include Inactive Customers

checkbox to include inactive customers.

Include Inactive Service Sites

checkbox to include inactive service sites.

Serviceable Item

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the serviceable item.

Serviceable Item Class

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the serviceable item class.

Serviceable Item Type

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the serviceable item type.

Group 1

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select option 1 for grouping data.

Group 2

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select option 2 for grouping data.

Group 3

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select option 3 for grouping data.
