SM Service Agreement

You can use the SM Service Agreement report by selecting Service Management > Reports > SM Service Agreement.

This report returns Agreement Service in a quote form that can be distributed as-is to customers for approval or can be copied and used as a starting point to develop a more customized version based on the user's needs. The report shows high-level data regarding the agreement such as customer information, pricing, and key date. It also shows more detailed information such as individual service details and what equipment is covered.

Display\Parameter Restrictions:

Report can be filtered on either just a single customer, and single agreement or a combination of both. Users can also optionally filter on the Revision and choose just to show Quotes, Agreements or Both. Agreement Revision number shows in the bottom right of the report. Showing of the service and equipment details can be turned off/on via parameters.
