Reactivate a Terminated Agreement

You can reactivate agreements, amendments, or renewals that you terminated prematurely or in error using the SM Agreement Reactivation form.

Reactivation is only available for agreements that were manually terminated; agreements terminated automatically through the creation of an amendment or renewal cannot be reactivated.

  1. Open SM Agreements.
  2. In the Agreement field, enter the terminated agreement to reactivate or press F4 to select from a list of agreements.
  3. Click Reactivate (bottom of form).
    The SM Agreement Reactivation form displays, showing the agreement, revision, description, and term range. These fields are not editable.
  4. Click Reactivate.
The system reactivates the agreement, sets the revision to "Active", and sets the Term back to the original term for the revision/version.
