Field Definitions: RP Reports by Module Form
The following is a list of field descriptions for the RP Reports by Module form. Many of the descriptions include links to other topics that provide additional information about or related to the topic.
Module
Enter the module that should be associated with the report. Press F4 to see a list of modules.
Report ID
Enter the report's ID number, or press F4 to select from a list of reports.
Standard SSRS reports are available only if the Business Intelligence module is turned on.
Menu Seq
Enter the sequence number for the report. This field controls the order in which reports display in the specified module’s Reports sub-folder. This is dependent upon an individual user’s sort option on the Main Menu.
Active
Select this checkbox to make the report available in the specified module’s Reports sub-folder.
Do not check this box if you want the report to be unavailable to users.
