What's New in Automatic Invoicing 2025 R11
With this release, Accounts Payable Admins are able to assign companies to users and inboxes to enable company-specific access to the inboxes. Users will only have access to inboxes associated with their assigned companies.
Enable Company-Specific Access
With this release, Company Settings enable you to assign users and inboxes to specific companies. In Company Settings, toggle on Enable Company-Specific Access, then assign companies to users. In Inbox Settings, add specific companies to a forwarding inbox. Users will only see the inboxes for companies that they are assigned to.
