Vista 2024 R1.05
This release contains updates related to Trimble ID and SSO settings, as well as bug fixes that apply to all geographies.
Reset User Trimble ID SSO Accounts
Administrators can reset a user's Vista profile to unlink it from Trimble ID. The next time the user logs in, they will be prompted to migrate their account to Trimble ID again.
To unlink a user's Vista profile from Trimble ID, admins can now uncheck the Is SSO Account checkbox on the user's VA User Profile. For more information, see Unlink Trimble ID from a Vista User's Profile.
User-Level Access Permissions Maintained During Trimble ID Account Upgrade
When users migrate their Vista classic credentials to Trimble ID, their existing Vista user-level security settings carry over to their new Trimble ID SSO VA User Profile.
Updated Single Sign-On Settings in VA Site Settings
To simplify login settings and eliminate potential configuration conflicts, the Allow Social Logins option on the VA Site Settings form is no longer available.
With this update, social logins are allowed by default.
To disallow social logins and require users to sign in with a federated company email address, select the User Email Enforcement checkbox and set the MFA Required field to Federated.
For more information, see Configure Multifactor Authentication and Additional Login Settings.
