Equipment Maintenance Log Report screen

Use the Equipment Maintenance Log Report screen to create a log of equipment maintenance performed for selected date range. This report displays the Intercompany Setup screen for cost transactions and the distribution company for usage transactions. You can print or save this report.

Remarque : To open the Equipment Maintenance Log Report screen, select Equipment > Reports > Equipment Maintenance Log Report in the All Tasks pane.

You can control the output of the Equipment Maintenance Log Report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:

  • Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.
  • Report From Date - Enter the start date for the report, select the date from a date picker, or select to enter a date formula. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.
  • Report Through Date - Enter the end date for the report. This field is required.
  • Company - Select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.
  • Division - Select one or more divisions for the report. If no divisions are selected, all divisions appear in the report.
  • Equipment Classification - Select one or more equipment classifications for the report. If no equipment classifications are selected, all equipment classifications appear in the report.
  • Equipment Status - Select the equipment status for the report. Select Both to show both active and inactive equipment items on the report.
  • Equipment - Select one or more equipment items for the report. If no equipment items are selected, all equipment items appear in the report.
  • Maintenance Work Item - Select one or more maintenance work items for the report. If no maintenance work items are selected, all maintenance work items appear in the report.
Conseil : You can use Modify Reports screen the screen to customize the format and layout of this report.
