View a list of invitations to bid
- Open the View Invitations to Bid screen.

In the Company field, click
to select one or more companies for which you want to view invitations to bid. If no companies are selected, invitations to bid are shown for all companies.

In the Estimate Job field, click
to select one or more estimate jobs for which you want to view invitations to bid. If no estimate jobs are selected, invitations to bid are shown for all estimate jobs.
- Click Retrieve.
