Built For Your Phone
The Service Tech mobile app is optimized for use on a phone, but works on tablets as well.
Content Forward Design
This app eases work order management with unique content forward design. With a brief view at the top levels of the work order, technicians can quickly see and understand the current status - without having to drill down into the work order. For example, the Labor button gives a summary of the labor hours on the work order, and then the labor page provides a management view of hours by tech.
Enhanced Offline Capability
With a built-in database, the app is designed for offline work. Techs logging in for the first time may need to stay connected to the internet until all data is synced.
