Trimble Identity for Trimble Connect Apps
Trimble Connect applications use Trimble Identity for identification.
You can use your Trimble ID to sign in to other Trimble products, such as SketchUp, ProjectSight, Tekla, Trimble Sysque, Stabicad, Quadri, Trimble TerraFlex™, and more.
Trimble Identity provides single-sign-on access for all the Trimble Connect products. Use your Trimble ID when signing in to Trimble Connect to access your online licenses.
About 'Sign in with Apple'
For the best experience, we recommend creating a Trimble Identity account directly. Apple's Hide Your Email feature may limit your ability to collaborate with teammates in the Trimble Ecosystem.
While we don't recommend hiding your email, if you choose to do so, you will still be able to use most Trimble Applications and features inside those apps, but please note some of the collaboration workflows which rely on the use of email communication may not work as expected.
We value your privacy, and you can read more about Trimble's privacy policy here.
Trimble Identity vs. Connect Profile
Your Connect Profile is built on top of your Trimble Identity. All of your Personally identifiable information (PII) is stored as part of your Trimble ID.
Apart from your PII, your Connect Profile also contains preferences and information that is specific to Connect and is utilized by the Connect applications (such as your Employer name and language preference).
Create Your Trimble ID
If you are new to Trimble, and have never signed up for any other Trimble software before, you will first need to create a Trimble Identity, which you can use to sign in to Trimble Connect and other Trimble applications.
After you have successfully created your Trimble ID and used it to sign in, you will be prompted to Complete Your Trimble Connect Profile.
Delete Your Trimble ID
It's highly unusual to delete your Trimble Identity account, since it provides single sign-on access not only for your Trimble Connect projects, but any and all Trimble products.
Deleting your Trimble Identity account will prevent you from accessing any project in any Trimble application or using the licenses you have to any Trimble product, such as SketchUp, ProjectSight, Tekla, Trimble Sysque, Stabicad, Quadri, and others.
If you have any questions or concerns about your account, please contact the Connect Support Team before you delete your account so we can help address any issues you might be facing.
