View the Markup Calculators popup window from the estimate
- Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
- In the Estimate tab, click Calculator on the speedbar and select Markup.

In the View Format area, select one of the following options:
Percent - Displays the total markup and markup fields M1 through M6 as percentages of the unit cost. You can adjust the Markup field and fields M1-M6 in this view.

Unit Cost - Displays the total markup and markup fields M1 through M6 in dollars based on the unit cost. You can adjust field M7 in this view.
Extended Cost - Displays the total markup and the markup fields M1 through M8 in dollars based on the extended cost, which is the unit cost times the quantity. Also display extended unit cost (XtdUCost) and extended cost (XtdCost) instead of unit cost and adjusted unit cost. You cannot adjust markups in this view.
- Select the Show only marked up cost items checkbox to display only cost items that have been marked up in the list. This will include cost items that are marked up without using the markup calculator.
- Click Columns.

Select columns to include in the Markup Calculators popup window using one or more of the following options:
- Click on a column to include it. Selected columns are highlighted.
- Click on a highlighted column to deselect it.
- Click All to select all columns.
- Click None to deselect all columns.
- When you have selected all the columns you want to display, click OK.
- When you are finished with the Markup Calculators popup window, click Close.
