Sign in to Vista Web with Trimble ID

If your organization has Trimble ID enabled, you can log in to Vista Web with your Trimble ID.

If you previously signed into Vista Web using an email address with Viewpoint ID, enter your same email address to log in and your account will automatically be upgraded to Trimble ID. If you enter a different email address, you may get an error.

If you do not have an email login that you used previously, you may receive an email or text message with your username and temporary password. Use these credentials to Sign in to Vista Web for the First Time as a Trimble ID Managed User. If you have questions, contact your admin.

Note: If your company is still using Viewpoint ID, the following information does not apply to you.
  1. On the Vista Web login page, select Sign In with Trimble ID.


    You will be redirected to the Trimble Sign In page.

  2. Follow the prompts to Sign in with Trimble ID.

    If this is your first time logging in, you may be required to create your password. If your organization requires multifactor authentication (MFA), you may be prompted to set up MFA.

Once you upgrade your Vista Web login to Trimble ID, you cannot log in to the portal using your employee number. You must log in using your Trimble ID.

If you cannot log into the portal using your Trimble ID, contact your admin for assistance.
