Viewpoint HR Management™ allows employees to manage human resources tasks such as onboarding and time off, Viewpoint Financial Controls™ improves financial reporting and collaboration across teams and locations, Viewpoint Field Management™ provides field personnel real-time tools for tracking labor, materials, and equipment on mobile devices, and Vista Field Service™ equips technicians with job information on their phones, allowing them to send completed work details back to the office.
Vista Web Overview
- HR Management for Vista: create and post job requisitions, Onboard new employees, set up benefits for election, submit expense reports, enter time worked, request and track time off.
- Financial Controls: create and review invoices, review checks, create and submit progress bills, and create and review purchase orders.
- Field Management: manage equipment, create and review purchase orders and material requisitions, configure and post employee training, assign employees to jobs, and submit progress entry.
