Before You Begin
- The Applicant Tracking (HiringThing) links are available to HR Admins and IT Admins by default.
- You must assign HR specialists permission to HiringThing by setting up the appropriate permission groups in HR Management.
HiringThing roles are assigned automatically the first time a user accesses the application. A user's role in HR Management determines their role in HiringThing. All HiringThing roles can also be reassigned at anytime.
- The first user in your organization to access HiringThing becomes the Account Owner. This user selects a HiringThing plan and becomes the HiringThing contact for billing purposes.
- HR Admins are automatically assigned an Admin role the first time they access HiringThing.
- HR Specialists are automatically assigned a Reviewer role the first time they access HiringThing.
