User Management - Beta
The beta release of User Management allows HR administrators and authorized HR specialists to identify active users in the system, users without logins or email addresses on file, and users by role.
Access User Management -
Beta from the Employee
Self-Service home page by selecting the User Management - Beta icon under
HR Admin Tools. Or, select
the main menu in
the upper left corner of the home page, and then select User Management - Beta.
User Management Overview
In User Management - Beta, HR admins and authorized HR specialists can search for employees by name or filter the dashboard by user role, status, or company. The User Management grid shows all employees who fit your search or filter criteria and indicates whether those employees have a Trimble Construction One login and whether they have an email on file.
