Send a Welcome Email to Employees

Welcome your employees to your portal with the Employee Welcome Kit included in Help. This kit provides a set of engaging and informative posters, which you can download, print, and post in high-traffic areas of your office and at your off-site break rooms.

This task is step 1 of Invite Employees from Spectrum Operators.
Important: Because the process of inviting employees via Spectrum operators will be deprecated, we suggest you Get Started with Unified User Management as soon as possible.
  1. Download welcome kit posters from the Employee Welcome Kit page.
  2. Welcome employees with an email like the following one to announce your Libre-service des employés portal and to prepare them for their invitation to Trimble Construction One.

    We are happy to announce our new Libre-service des employés portal. This portal makes it easy for you to do the following:

    • View and download your pay statements.
    • Download your tax forms.
    • Update your contact information.
    • Update your emergency contacts.
    • Manage your direct deposit accounts.
