Access HiringThing

To access HiringThing, select the 지원자 추적관리(HiringThing) link available from the home page or the main menu in HR 관리.

The 지원자 추적관리(HiringThing) links are available to HR Admins and IT Admins by default. You must assign HR specialists permission to HiringThing by setting up the appropriate permission groups in HR 관리.
  1. From the Recruiting section of your home page in HR 관리, select 지원자 추적관리(HiringThing).
    Note: Links to 지원자 추적관리(HiringThing) and Recruiting are also available from the main menu in HR 관리.

    Based on your permissions, you may also have access to the following links:

    • Ready to be Invited: Available to HR specialists with Invite permissions. Allows you to open the Ready to Invite dashboard where you can invite applicants who have been marked as hired to onboard with your company.

    • New Hire Dashboard: Available to HR Specialists with permission to Manage New Hires and Initialize to Spectrum. Allows you to open the New Hire Dashboard where you can track onboarding progress.

  2. Accept the HiringThing terms of service.

    The first user in your organization to access HiringThing becomes the Account Owner for billing purposes, but this can be changed at anytime. See HiringThing User Roles for more information.

You are now logged in to HiringThing and can complete tasks based on your HiringThing role.
