Manage Notification Preferences
Manage your notification preferences for personal information changes and pay stubs.

From any HR Management page, select your name in
the upper right, and then select Notification Preferences.

In the Contact Information section,
enter the email address and mobile phone number where you want to receive
notifications:
Note: At least one notification preference (email address or phone number) is required.

Email me at: To add an email address, enter it in the Add email address field, and then select the Add New Email button. Repeat this step to add multiple email addresses. To remove an email address, select the X next to that email address.
Note: Your user email address is entered in this section by default, but it may be removed at anytime.The email addresses where you will receive notifications display highlighted in gray in the Email me at section.

Text me at: In the Add New Phone Number field, enter a mobile phone number, and then select the Add New Phone Number button (message and data rates may apply). Repeat this step to add multiple mobile phone numbers. To remove a phone number, select the X next to that phone number.
The phone numbers where you will receive notifications display highlighted in gray in the Text me at section.

In the lower half of the page, all users can select the
Personal tab.
Depending on your portal setup, you may see options to mute notifications for personal information changes, pay stubs, and tax statements. Select the checkbox for the appropriate option to prevent that type of notification from being sent to your mobile number or email address.

Approvals - Personal Information: Select this checkbox to mute notifications that are sent when a manager approves your personal information changes.

Paystubs: Select this checkbox to mute notifications that are sent when you have a new pay stub available in your portal.

Tax Statements: Select this checkbox to mute notifications that are sent when you have a new tax statement (such as a W-2 form or T4 slip) available in your portal.

HR users can select the HR Work tab. HR users with
approval permissions can set up a schedule for receiving notifications for
personal information changes pending their approval.
- Select the bubble for the day(s) of the week when you want to receive notifications. Selected days display in blue.
- Select the time of day and time zone for receiving notifications on the selected days. To add another time of day and time zone, select the Plus button (+) to the right of the first scheduled time. To delete a scheduled time, select the X to right of that time.

Optionally, select the Mute all approval notifications checkbox if you do not
want to receive notifications for personal information changes pending
your approval.
- When you are finished setting up notification preferences, select the Save Changes button in the lower right of the page.
