ACTIONS options
The following table provides information about the options available in the ACTIONS drop-down in the Jobpac Mobile User Maintenance screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Refresh | This option refreshes the data in the currently filtered list. |
| Clear Filter | This option will clear all the filters that have been applied. |
| Subscription Cost Detail | See Subscription Cost Detail for detailed information. |
| Next Tab | Select this option to navigate to the next tab. |
| Select All Filtered | This option will select all the users in the currently filtered list. You can use this option to invite a group of users to the app. Note: It is advisable to work in small batches to begin with.

| Deselect All | Select this option to deselect the users you have selected. |
| Invite all Selected | This option will invite the users you have selected to the mobile application. An invitation email will be sent to the users with their login details and instructions. Users can be selected individually or by using the Select All Filtered option. If any of the users have already been invited to use the mobile app, you will be notified. |
| Add Non-Jobpac User | This is similar to the Add Non-Jobpac User icon on the top right corner of the Jobpac Mobile User Maintenance screen. You can use it to add non-Jobpac users to the mobile application. |
