Overview
The Jobpac Mobile application is your mobile extension to the Jobpac Connect web application. The application offers quick and easy individual time card entry, ensures accurate and efficient time tracking, and facilitates better project management and payroll processing.
It allows users with a mobile device to submit their time for approval in the Jobpac Connect web application. You can create a time card with all the necessary information like the job you worked on, the number of hours you worked, cost centres, and transaction codes. The application will summarize your weekly time entries graphically and help you review and submit your time with confidence. If you don't have internet connectivity, you can record time when you are offline and submit it later.
To use the Jobpac Mobile application, you need to be invited from the Jobpac Connect web application. The first section of this guide is for administrators and describes how to configure the Jobpac Mobile application in the Jobpac Connect web application. The second section of this guide describes how to use the mobile application.
