Overview

The Jobpac Mobile app is your mobile extension to Jobpac Connect. The app offers quick and easy individual time card entry, ensures accurate and efficient time tracking, and facilitates better project management and payroll processing.

It allows users with a mobile device to submit their time for approval in Jobpac Connect. With individual time entry, you can create a time card with all necessary information like the job you worked on, the number of hours you worked, cost centres, and transaction codes. The app will summarize your weekly time entries graphically and helps you review & submit your time with confidence. If for any reason you don't have internet connectivity, you can also record time when you are offline and submit later.

To use the Jobpac Mobile App, you need to be invited to to use the application from the Jobpac Connect ERP. The first section of this guide is for administrators and describes how to configure the Jobpac Mobile app in the Jobpac Connect ERP. The second section of this guide is for app users and describes how to use the mobile application.
