Right-Click Options
You can refer to the following table for detailed information about the right-click options in the Jobpac Mobile User Maintenance screen:
| Field | Description |

| User Setup | This option will take you to the detailed user setup view where you can set specific preferences and configuration options for the user. It is important that you configure mobile users before you invite them to record time in the mobile application. |
| WorkId Access | This option will take you to the standard Jobpac work ID security setup. Existing Jobpac Connect users may already have their work ID security set up. Any changes made using this option will impact the work ID access for the Jobpac Connect user. |
| Job Security | This option will take you to the standard Jobpac job security setup. Existing Jobpac Connect users may already have their Job security set up. Any changes made using this option will impact the job access for the Jobpac Connect user. |
| Select | This option will select the user. You can repeat this action multiple times to select multiple users. |
| Deselect | This option will deselect the user you have selected. |
| Deselect All | This option will remove the users you have selected. |
| Invite | This option will invite the user you selected to the mobile application. An invitation email will be sent to the user with their login details and instructions. If the user you selected has already been invited to use the application, you will be notified. You will only be able to invite users who have been given access to at least one feature and have achieved minimum setup status. |
| Enable | You can use this option to enable users if they have been disabled through multiple failed sign-on attempts. |
| Delete Mobile User | You can use this option to delete a non-Jobpac Mobile user. It will remove their access to the mobile application. Note: You can’t delete a Jobpac Connect user. |
