Run and Print Reports

You can run and print reports for each module.

You can locate reports by selecting the module from the All Tasks pane and opening the Reports folder. These instructions apply to standard reports. For more information on running Posting Journal or Journal History reports, see Run and Print Journal History and Posting Journal Reports.
  1. Open the applicable screen.
  2. On the Options tab, enter data in any applicable fields. If the report had drill-down information that you want to view, select the drill-down option from the Detailed/Summary drop-down field. You can save the data entered and use it the next time you run the report using the Report Settings pane. See Save Report Options for details.
  3. Select Run Report for correct report.
  4. Once the report displays, you can use the toolbar to navigate through the report.
  5. To search the report, select , enter your search criteria, and then select Find.
  6. To view any available drill-down details, select Switch to Drill-Down View in the footer to make the drill-down indicators visible in the report.
  7. To print the report, select and then select Print. Optionally, you can select to set the page setup options or select to view a preview of the printed report.
  8. If you want to save the report:
    1. Select and select a report format. Options may include Microsoft Excel (XLS), Microsoft Word (DOC), or PDF.
    2. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the report.
    3. Enter a file name for the report and select Save.
