Adjust the Elevations by a Slope

Use one of the following methods to select the elevations to factor:
- Click on the first elevation to include and drag it over the last elevation to include.
- Click on the first elevation to include, hold Shift, and click on the last elevation to include.
- Click Select All to select all elevations listed.
- Click Slope.
- In the Elevation field, enter the value for the first elevation selected.

In the End field, select one of the following options for how the slope is calculated:
- Elevation: Enter the elevation for the final point selected.
- Percent Rise: Enter the percent by which to change the slope. If you enter a negative number, the slope will decrease.
- Slope: Enter the ratio for the horizontal and vertical aspects by which to change the slope. If you enter a negative number for either the horizontal or the vertical aspect, the slope will decrease. If you enter a negative number in both aspects or a positive number in both aspects, the slope will increase.
- Click OK.
