Use the Estimating Import/Export Tool to export estimate data to an IIF file for QuickBooks. To export data to QuickBooks, you need to specify a field to use as the Cost ID for cost items. You can use the cost item reference numbers, WBS codes, or export codes. Because export codes give you the most flexibility, Viewpoint recommends that you use an export code as the Cost ID. To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click Estimating > Estimating > Manage Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
