Search plans for an image

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. From the Shape Recognition tab, click to the right of Options on the speedbar and select Search Parameters.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click on the image in the right pane and select the area that contains the image for which you want the application to search the plans.
  5. In the Group field, click to select an image group or enter a new image group.
  6. In the Notes field, enter any notes about the image.
  7. If needed, adjust the magnification of the image by clicking Zoom In to increase the magnification or Zoom Out to decrease the magnification. You can also click to select the percentage of magnification to use.
  8. In the area to the right of the Group and Notes field, select the size of the "pencil" you want to use to edit the image.
  9. Left-click on the image to draw on the image with the selected "pencil". Right-click on the image to erase with the selected "pencil".
    Note: When you save the image the application automatically crops the image into the smallest area that contains all of the black pixels.
  10. If needed, press Ctrl + [Z] or click Undo to undo the previous action.
  11. When you are satisfied with the image, click Save & Exit.
  12. The checkbox in the Search For column is automatically selected for new image. Deselect the checkbook if you do not want the application to search for the image.
  13. Click Close.
