Add a Shortcut Widget
- On the Home Page, click Add Widget.
- In the Select Widget Type field, select Shortcut.
- In the Widget Title field, enter a name for the widget.
- Click OK.
- When the empty widget appears on your Home Page, click and drag any screen name from the All Tasks pane to the Shortcut widget. You can also drag files from Window Explorer or web addresses from a browser to create easy access links from your Home Page.

Repeat step 5 as needed to add more screens, files, and web addresses to the Shortcut widget.
Tip: Click
at the top right corner of the All Tasks menu. This "pins" the All Tasks menu and keeps it displayed as you add screens to the Shortcut widget.
