To drill down to detailed information in the same report, select the icon next to summary level information in the report. The detailed records display underneath.

Once the detailed records are displayed, the icon changes to . To hide the detailed records, select the .

For example, in the Account Transactions Report shown here, you can select the icon next to a journal entry to display the transaction detail records that make up the journal entry.

The image below shows that the user has already selected the icon next to the AR Cash Receipts - 23 journal entry to drill down to the transaction detail records for that journal entry.

Note: If you export a report that provides drill-down capabilities to Excel, the drill-down data is included in the Excel file.
