Modify Clock In/Out and Geofence Settings for Multiple Mobile Users

Use the ATC (Advanced Time Card) Wizard to modify clock in/out and geofence settings for users.

  1. Select Administration > Connect Settings > Mobile User Settings.
  2. Click ATC Wizard. The Advanced Time Card window appears, displaying all users with time card entry enabled.
    Note: You enable time card entry for an individual user using the Time Card Entry category on the Mobile Settings screen.
  3. To require all listed users to clock in/out using the time on the mobile device, select the Require Clock In/Out checkbox. If the checkbox is already selected and you want to remove this requirement, deselect the Require Clock In/Out checkbox.
  4. To require all listed users to clock in/out within a specified distance from a project location, select the Enable Geofencing checkbox. If the checkbox is already selected and you want to remove this requirement, deselect the Enable Geofencing checkbox.
    Note: Selecting this checkbox automatically selects the Require Clock In/Out checkbox (if it wasn't already selected). Similarly, deselecting this checkbox automatically deselects the Require Clock In/Out checkbox.
  5. Click Apply to save your specifications.
  6. Click Close to close the Advanced Time Card window and return to the Mobile User Settings screen.
