Project Connect Settings Screen Field Reference

Along with the General tab, the Project Connect Settings screen contains the following tabs:

General tab

Field

Description

Status

Click to select the status of the user's Project Connect settings.

  • Active - The connect settings are available and the user can use Project Connect.

  • Inactive - The connect settings are not available and the user cannot use Project Connect.

Memo

Enter any comments or notes about the user's Project Connect settings. You can enter formatted text in this field. Click to open the Formatted Text Editor.

My Projects tab

Each row in the grid on the My Projects tab is a project in ProContractor. Most of the fields are display only.

Tip: You can filter the data in a column. Click in the filter row to select the filter operator. Then, enter the filter criteria or click to select the filter criteria from a list of valid values. To clear the filter criteria, mouse over the filter row and click .

Project Connect

Select the checkbox in the row for an employee to display that employee on the Project Connect screen.

Sync Project Settings tab

Each row in the grid on the Sync Project Settings tab is project detail item. Most of the fields are display only. Click next to a binder item row to display a sub-grid. Each row in the sub-grid is a binder item type.

Select the checkboxes as needed to include project detail items in the Project Connect data. Note that the checkbox in the header selects or deselects every project detail item in the grid.

My Equipment tab
