Enter Equipment Maintenance Log Screen Field Reference

General tab

Each row in the grid is a maintenance work item for the selected equipment item. Click to add a new row. You cannot delete rows from the grid. Click next to a row to display the Date Completed sub-grid.

Description

Maintenance Work Item

Displays the maintenance work item for the equipment item.

Description

Displays the description of the maintenance work item.

Status

Displays the status of the maintenance work item.

Memo

Displays the memo from the maintenance work item.

Date Completed sub grid - Each row in the grid is a date when the maintenance work item was performed. Click to add a new row. You can only add rows if the maintenance work item has a status of Active. You cannot delete rows from the grid.

Date Completed

Enter the date the maintenance work was performed or click to select the date from a Date Picker.

Completed Meter Reading

Enter the meter reading for the equipment item when the maintenance work was completed.

Notes

Enter any comments or notes about the maintenance work performed. You can enter formatted text in this field. Click to open the Formatted Text Editor.
