Annotate drawings with all annotations but the camera and measurements tool.

1. Open the Drawings record, then select to download a drawing.
2. Select the drawing to open it.
3. On the annotations toolbar, make a selection:
   • Select the Write tool to choose either the Pencil tool or Text tool
   • Select the Shape tool to choose either the Circle/Ellipse , Rectangle , or Cloud annotation.

   Note: When you select an annotation tool, it displays in the toolbar highlighted with a blue box.
4. Touch the part of the drawing where you wish to drop the annotation.
5. Select your annotation to make edits.

   An Edit pop-up displays.

6. Select Edit.

   A quick menu displays.

7. Make a selection:
   • Select Style to adjust stroke and fill color, thickness, opacity, or border style.
   • Select Link to attach the annotated drawing to a record.
   • Select Copy to duplicate your annotation.
   • Select Delete to remove an annotation.

   Note: Select to undo your last annotation action. The Undo button is not applicable to annotations with labels.
8. To move the box, select and move it to the new location. To resize the box, use the handles to adjust the size.
9. Swipe right or left to save your annotation, or select to save your annotations and return to the Drawings list.
